As a Direct Primary Care clinic, we do not accept traditional insurance but rather offer monthly memberships with wholesale labs and discounted medications. Patients are not required to have a membership to be seen in our clinic. At Northern Pines Wellness, we do not accept insurance directly, as we've chosen to focus on providing personalized, high-quality care without the constraints insurance can sometimes impose. We do accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Primary Care & Urgent/Same Day Care: 

Membership Pricing (Unlimited Visits): 

  • Baby/Child/Adolescent/Teen (infant -18 years old): $39/month
  • * With 1 adult member
  • Adult (Ages 19-64): $94/month
  • Senior (Ages 65+): $120/month 
  • Couple: $180/month 
  • 18+ Student: $50/month
  • Family: Not to exceed $300/month

*Each individual membership has a $99 one-time startup fee.


*Each family membership has a $200 one-time startup fee. 


 *3-month commitment, billed monthly on auto-pay. Members must provide a 30-day notice to cancel their membership. All membership fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits on any unused portion of the membership. Members are responsible for the final payment covering the 30-day notice period, regardless of whether they utilize the services during this time.

  • Adult New Patient: $249

Weight Management Program

(pricing reflective for members and non-members): 

  • Initial Visit: $275
  • Monthly Follow-Up Visits (if not on either the 6 or 12 month plans): $250


  • 6 Month Commitment (starts after the initial visit): $225/month + cost of medication and wholesale labs (if needed)
  • 12 Month Commitment (starts after the initial visit): $195/month + cost of medication and wholesale labs (if needed) 
  • Maintenance: $90/month + cost of medication and labs (if needed)



Includes:

Men's Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

(pricing reflective for members and non-members):

  • $200/month + cost of wholesale labs (if needed)

  • HIPAA-compliant messaging with your provider
  • Cost of testosterone, supplies, and shipping directly to your doorstep (If additional medications/supplements are prescribed, these would be a separate cost).
